Ham & Pea Pasta Carbonara

♥ Ham steak, diced
♥ Gluten-free spaghetti (Barilla, Bionaturae)
♥ Full Flavor Foods Gluten Free Alfredo Sauce
♥ Peas (frozen, fresh, or canned)
♥ Water

➊ Bring a large pots of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions (the longer the better for gluten free pasta).
➋ In another pot, combine 2 quarts of water with the Alfredo sauce and bring to a boil to thicken.
➌ In a skillet, cook the diced ham until lightly browned and the peas until tender (approximately 5-10 minutes).
➍ Mix the Alfredo sauce, pasta, peas, and ham.

*For a more traditional carbonara, substitute the Alfredo sauce for an egg yolk and cheese mixture and add bacon or pork.
