Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffins

♥ 1/4 cup of water
♥ 1/3 cup of vegetable oil or butter
♥ 3 eggs
♥ Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Mix
♥ Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips

➊ Preheat the oven to 400°F and line muffin tin with paper liners. If using blueberries, drain and rinse in cold water; set aside.
➋ Stir together water, eggs, oil/butter, and muffin mix until blended. Gently fold the drained blueberries or chocolate chips into batter.
➌ Scoop the batter into muffin cups 2/3 full.
➍ Bake at 400°F for 11-13 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
