♥ 3 tbsp. water
♥ 3 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter
♥ 5 eggs
♥ Krusteaz Gluten Free Cinnamon Crumb Cake Mix
➊ Preheat the oven to 400°F and line muffin tin with paper liners.
➋ Stir together water, eggs, oil/butter, and cake mix until blended (batter will be slightly lumpy).
➌ Spoon half of batter into muffin pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon topping (enclosed in cake mix package) over batter.
➍ Drop remaining half of batter in small spoonfuls over the cinnamon topping layer. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon topping evenly over the second layer of batter.
➎ Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
