BBQ Chicken & Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
♥ Chicken (legs, breast, or thighs…your pick!)
♥ Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
♥ Potatoes
♥ McCormick Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken (or Steak) Seasoning
♥ Butter
♥ Salt

Directions
➊ Preheat the oven to 375 °F.

➋ Cut and clean the chicken and place in an oven-safe pan.  Sprinkle with salt.
➌ Cook for about 30-40 minutes at 375 °F until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). 
➍ Remove pan from oven and coat chicken with barbecue sauce. Place back in oven for approximately 10 more minutes (this allows for a nicely marinated meat and prevents any potential burning of the sauce). 
➎ Remove pan from oven again. Plate and serve with potatoes and fresh corn on the cob!

➏ Dice potatoes and place in a separate oven-safe pan.  Sprinkle with preferred seasoning and top with a dollop of butter.
➐ Cook for about 30-35 minutes at 375°F or until golden brown and soft in the middle.
➑ Remove pan from oven and plate alongside chicken and corn.
