Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
♥ Chicken breast or boneless thighs
♥ Gluten free soy sauce
♥ Honey
♥ Sweet chili sauce
♥ Brown sugar
♥ Scallions
♥ White rice
♥ Vegetables of choice
♥ Sriracha sauce (optional)

Directions

➊ Clean and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
➋ In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten free soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, scallions, and sriracha sauce (if spice is preferred).
➌ In a large pan, combine the chicken and teriyaki sauce (save some sauce to mix with the rice). Cook at 400°F for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and has reached a temperature of 165°F.
➍ While the chicken is cooking, make white rice and any vegetables of your choice. When the rice is done, add in the some of the saved teriyaki sauce.
➎ Plate the rice and vegetables and add the marinated chicken once it is done in the oven. Drizzle with any extra sauce for more flavor!
