
Ingredients
♥ 2-3 overripe bananas (mashed)
♥ ¼ cup ghee
♥ ¼ cup creamy almond butter
♥ 2 tbs. pure maple syrup
♥ 1 tsp. vanilla extract
♥ 2 eggs
♥ ½ gluten free baking flour
♥ ½ tsp. baking powder
♥ ¼ tsp. baking soda
♥ ½ tsp. sea salt
♥ ½ tsp. cinnamon
♥ chocolate chips
Directions
➊ Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a bread pan with butter spray if necessary. Set aside.
➋ In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
➌ In a separate bowl, microwave the ghee and almond butter until melted. Stir until combined.
➍ Add mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the melted mix. Add eggs and stir until smooth.
➎ Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix thoroughly until combined.
➏ Gently add in desired amount of chocolate chips
➐ Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
➑ Remove from pan and cool on rack. Enjoy!
