

Ingredients
♥ 1-2 lbs. cod fillets (or preferred fish)
♥ 4-6 tbsp. butter
♥ 4 cloves of garlic, freshly chopped squeeze of fresh honey
♥ 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
♥ Dash of crushed red pepper
♥ Dash of salt
♥ Dash of black pepper
Directions
➊ Preheat the oven to 375°F. Add salt, black pepper, and a smidgen of butter to the fish. Cook (skin side down) for 12-15 minutes. The length of time depends upon the thickness of the fillet.
➋ Heat the butter in a saucepan and stew the garlic for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not let it brown.
➌ Add the basil and crushed red pepper. Remove the pan from heat.
➍ Pour the garlic butter over the fish just before serving, or serve it in a sauce boat on the side. Serve alongside fresh vegetables cooked with salt, pepper, butter, and granulated garlic (thyme optional).
